Privacy policy

Last updated 23 August 2026. This page explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who is responsible

Two Frames Studio, Brossard, Quebec. Our privacy officer is Juan Diego Falla, reachable at fallajudi@gmail.com or (438) 520-8929. Under Quebec Law 25 every business must name someone, and that is him.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, the service you selected, and your message. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not use third-party analytics, and we set no cookies of our own. Full detail is on the cookies page.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to prepare a quote, and to keep a record of what was agreed if you become a client. We do not use it for anything else and we do not send newsletters or automated follow-up sequences.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and our website host, both of which process the message in order to deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we delete the enquiry after twelve months. If you do, we keep project records for seven years to satisfy Canadian tax and accounting obligations, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, or delete it entirely. You can withdraw consent at any time. Write to fallajudi@gmail.com and we will respond within thirty days, which is the deadline Law 25 sets.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be sent by email to current clients.
