Terms of service
Last updated 23 August 2026. These terms apply to work commissioned from Two Frames Studio. A signed quote takes precedence over anything written here.
What we charge
A standard five-page website is 900 dollars, payable half on acceptance of the quote and half on launch. The optional care plan is 100 dollars per month, billed monthly, starting the month after launch. Social media management is 300 dollars per month. Photography is quoted by session length before the shoot. All figures are in Canadian dollars and exclude GST and QST.
What is included
The website price covers design, copywriting, build, and launch of five pages, plus two rounds of revisions. Extra pages, online ordering, booking systems, and e-commerce are quoted separately before work begins. Further revision rounds are billed at our hourly rate, agreed in advance.
What we need from you
Access to your premises for the shoot, a single point of contact for approvals, and any existing brand material you want used. Delays in feedback move the launch date, and we will always tell you by how much.
Who owns what
On final payment, you own the domain, the website files, and full commercial rights to every photograph we take for you. We retain the right to show the finished work in our own portfolio and social media unless you ask us in writing not to.
Fonts, stock assets, and third-party plugins remain under their own licences, which we will name for you.
Cancelling
The care plan and social media management both run month to month. Either side can stop with thirty days written notice. We hand over the content calendar and all files, and you keep everything produced up to that point. Website work cancelled midway is billed for the stage completed.
Liability
We build and maintain in good faith but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes, search rankings, or follower counts. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and disputes fall to the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil.
